Miller Developments lets its Prime office space in Knutsford

Miller Developments has let 16,693 sq ft of its office development at The Pavilions, Knutsford, Cheshire to IFE Services, the in-flight entertainment company.

The transaction which recently completed represents the largest office disposal in the area for over 3 years.

Developed by Miller Developments in partnership with Macclesfield Borough Council, the scheme is considered the premier development in the region and reached completion in March 2008.

The Pavilions which comprises five, two storey grade A offices totalling 26,704 sq ft is located on the Knutsford Business Park, just a few minutes walk from the town centre and 2 miles from junction 19 of the M6. This currently leaves two buildings of 5,651 sq ft and 4,100 sq ft available to let.
