Our Undergraduate Framework
Learning
Trainees

Every year there are a number of opportunities throughout the UK for trainees to join our Miller Construction Division. Generally these positions mean that you will be working with us 4 days a week with the other day spent at College or University studying for a relevant qualification.

Trainees are supported through a structured training programme that complements their formal studies and provides them with a line manager and, where appropriate, a mentor. As a trainee you will get valuable first hand experience as well as being given the opportunity to benefit from being coached by more experienced staff. We expect our trainees to quickly become valuable team members with many progressing through our Graduate Framework and onto successful careers with us. To find out what trainee positions we are currently recruiting for please go to our current opportunities.

In addition, Miller Construction has signed up to sponsor a number of trainees on a newly launched blended learning degree course in Construction Management being run at Glasgow Caledonian University. The minimum entry qualifications are 270 UCAS points comprising a minimum of 4 Highers at Grade C and above, including English and Maths. More information regarding the course can be found at www.caledonian.ac.uk/bne/cmbl.
