From an academic perspective, we are looking for graduates who are expecting to achieve a 2:1 Honours Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying and Civil Engineering. Applications from graduates with outstanding academic achievements in a non cognate degree and who demonstrate a passion for developing their career within the industry will also be considered.

Academic achievement is not enough though. For graduates to thrive at Miller we need you to be willing to accept responsibility early in your career, use your initiative and be ready to challenge the status quo. At application stage you should be able to demonstrate your ability to self motivate and be results driven and this will be further explored throughout the interview stage.
