Miller Homes Chief Executive named Industy star

Tim Hough, Chief Executive of Miller Homes, has been named one of the 25 most influential figures in the UK housebuilding industry in a list compiled by Housebuilder magazine.

At number ten in the list of the sector’s movers and shakers, Tim Hough is joined in the list by politicians, lobbyists, entrepreneurs and businesspeople, including new Prime Minister Gordon Brown (6), Governor of the Bank of England, Mervyn Brown (7), London’s Mayor Ken Livingston (16) and Tory Leader David Cameron (25).

Tim Hough and Miller Homes are placed as the highest ranking housebuilding company in the list.

The league table includes individuals who have each contributed to the sector’s ongoing evolution during 2006. Readers of the magazine voted to determine the rankings of each individual from a list compiled by 100 key industry figures.
