Miller Argent

Miller Argent was created to develop the Ffos-y-fran Land Reclamation Scheme in Merthyr Tydfil, South Wales. The Ffos-y-fran Land Reclamation Scheme encompasses the third and final phase of the earlier 'East Merthyr Land Reclamation Scheme'.

The Scheme will reclaim over 1,000 acres of acutely derelict and dangerous land which has been high on the agenda of the local authority since the 1980s.

It provides direct employment for 200 employees and provides employment opportunities for around another 400 people in support activities.

Miller Argent is a joint venture company between The Miller Group and Argent Group Plc.

Edinburgh Park

Edinburgh Quay

Edinburgh Quay is a joint venture between Miller Developments and British Waterways, which has seen the regeneration of the terminus of the Union Canal at Fountainbridge in Edinburgh.

Developed in two phases, Edinburgh Quay has transformed the canal basin into a truly cosmopolitan environment.

Lancefield Quay

Lancefield Quay is a joint venture between Miller Homes and CALA Homes.

Lancefield Quay has been commended by the Royal Fine Arts Commission, and in 2003 it was given the Best of Development Award for City Development by Your New Home Magazine.

Pacific Quay

Pacific Quay, a joint venture between Miller Developments, CTP Ltd and Grosvenor. 

Pacific Quay is a dynamic business district situated on the banks of the River Clyde in Glasgow. This prestigious location is home to BBC Scotland and SMG.

Omega

Omega is a 558 acre site in the heart of North West England.

Miller Developments, in partnership with Royal Bank of Scotland, has a 30-year contract with English Partnerships to develop the £1 billion site, which will create thousands of new jobs and form a major expansion of Warrington.

Miller Cromdale

Miller Cromdale is a joint venture between Miller Developments and Cromdale Ltd, an Aberdeen-based property development company.

Sonae Sierra

Sonae Sierra is an equal joint venture, which has seen the development of retail shopping centres across Portugal and Spain.

Arena Central

Arena Central is a joint venture between Miller Development and Bridgehouse Capital.

This £400 million project will deliver a major mixed-use regeneration scheme for the city centre of Birmingham.
