Over the past 10 years we have attained Investors in People accreditation across all of our divisions.  This underlines the calibre of our employees and our commitment to providing opportunities for personal growth through training, development and continuous improvement.

In 2009 IIP launched a new approach introducing Gold, Silver and Bronze levels of recognition, which enables organisations to celebrate higher levels of achievement over and above the standard.

The Miller Group, Miller Homes and Miller Construction were awarded Silver recognition in 2010 which demonstrates that our people are the key to our continued business performance.
