Committed to the environment
We work closely with planners to ensure our developments are sympathetic with and enhance the local environment. Suppliers are selected not only on price but on product quality and sustainability.

Brownfield development
We are supportive of Government’s target of 60% of new homes being delivered from brownfield sites. In 2001, 56% of our total housing output was from brownfield developments.

Award winning
All three of our businesses were rewarded during 2001 in recognition of their continuing innovation and sector leading positions, receiving a number of prestigous industry awards.
