- 9% increase in profit before interest and exceptionals to £59.6m (2006: £54.8m)
- 5% increase in profit before tax and exceptionals to £35.8m (2006: £34.1m)
- All three businesses performed ahead of expectations
- Housing operating margins of 14% in line with previous year
- Property profits up 50% to £15.3m
- Record Construction order book of £650m including preferred bidder contracts
