The Miller Group recognises the need to continually grow and

We support Undergraduate work placements and anticipate progression
to the Graduate Development Programme at a future date. The Graduate
Development Programmehas a number of key features. Over a period
of at least two years a competency based programme will be followed.
Our programme provides both challenge and opportunity. You will
have mentor support and will receive regular formal reviews and
feedback on performance.
The emphasis will be on professional achievement and the attainment
of chartered status in your chosen profession. Opportunities exist
for further study through The Miller Management Development Programme.
Graduate intake is dependent on the needs of the business. Technical
and business degrees including construction, quantity surveying
and civil engineering would normally meet our requirements.
We also consider applications from Undergraduates looking for
work placements,
Sponsorship will be considered where an undergraduate has demonstrated special
ability during their time with the Company.
On completion of studies it is anticipated that the sponsored
students will commence
the Graduate Development Programme.
