Full house at Admiral Court, Aberdeen

Admiral Court, a 40,000 sq ft office building in the Harbour area of Aberdeen, owned by Miller Cromdale – the joint venture between Miller Developments and Cromdale Ltd – is once again fully let.
Miller Cromdale has leased 16,500 sq ft to ENET at a rent of £18.30 per sq ft and 3,500 sq ft to Wood Group at a rent of £20 per sq ft. Previous occupier, Petrofac, relocated to their prelet space in Miller Cromdale’s 80,000 sq ft Consort House development in Aberdeen which achieved practical completion in September last year.
ENET and Wood Group join Aker Kvaerner which occupies 20,000 sq ft.
Martin Callan, Director at Aberdeen-based Cromdale Ltd, said: “The office rental market in Aberdeen continues to be extremely buoyant and we are delighted to welcome ENET and Wood Group to Admiral Court. In the past two years rents in the building have risen by almost 25 per cent, reflective of the Aberdeen market and clearly demonstrating the Harbour district is maturing fast as an office location.”
Pamela Grant, Development Director, Miller Developments, said: “Aberdeen remains a key market for us and we have a medium term development pipeline of 270,000 sq ft, of which over half is pre-let.”

The business park is fully let.
Miller Cromdale was recently selected by J Wood Group Plc to develop their new 150,000 sq ft headquarters in the Harbour District. This will form part of a 210,000 sq ft development.
