Miller Developments secure new Tenant at The Pavilions in Solihull

Miller Developments have kick-started the year, securing a new tenant at The Pavilions in Solihull. Unit 1 has been let to The Parts Alliance Limited and Data Development Services (DDS).
The deal comes only months after lettings at Units 6 and 10, to Physiotherapy clinic PhysioWorld and interior design and fit-out specialists, Wattrus Group respectively.
Neil Finnie, Development Manager, Miller Developments, said: “We are delighted to welcome The Parts Alliance Limited and Data Development Services to The Pavilions in Solihull. We have been encouraged by the large interest we have seen in the development and this latest letting completes a hat-trick of tenants we have secured in the last four months.”
Currently situated at opposite ends of the West Midlands, automotive distributor, The Parts Alliance Central Facilities division and its key systems provider DDS will come together within the largest of the modern self-contained offices at The Pavilions from the end of January.
The relocation will allow both companies to expand to meet the demand experienced by recent growth within the market sector, as a result of a number of significant national contract wins. It will also enable the companies to continue to meet customer requirements at the highest possible service level from one integrated location.

Both teams are looking forward to moving from their current offices to the new location at the end of the month, not only as the new space offers a vibrant working environment but also its proximity to quality amenities including Touchwood Shopping Centre and a range of restaurants.”
Situated only five minutes from the centre of Solihull and only a short drive from Junction 4 of the M42, The Pavilions is proving a popular office location among smaller niche businesses that are benefiting from the proximity of key amenities, building efficiency and good transport links.
Only four of the 12 Grade A office buildings are now available to buy or lease, with space totalling 9,463 sq ft across the four self contained two-storey buildings.
