Miller group appoints Brian Wallace as Non Executive Director

The Miller Group, the UK’s largest privately owned Housebuilding, Property Development and Construction business, today announced the appointment of Brian Wallace as a Non-Executive Director.

Currently Group Finance Director of Ladbrokes plc, Brian was formerly Deputy Group Chief Executive and Group Finance Director of Hilton Group plc. He was also previously Group Finance Director of Geest and has held financial appointments with APV, Schlumberger and PriceWaterhouse. Previous Non-Executive Directorships include Scottish & Newcastle plc and Hays plc.

Speaking of his appointment, Brian Wallace, said: “The Miller Group has a strong track record for delivery in all the areas in which it operates. I have been impressed by the management team and look forward to working with them to take the business forward.”
